My name is Daniel, founder of! I am very blessed to be married to a beautiful wife and have 2 girls and 2 boys all under 5 years old!

I have been working as a paramedic for 7 years now and around 5 years ago my passion for helping people maintain great health began! I am an AIM certified health coach. Also working towards more education to be certified and recognized under the national health coaches board!

What I have learned through these years has radically changed me and my family’s life and I want you and your family to know how you can have such a greater, more vibrant quality of life as well!

My story

As I began to work as a paramedic, I saw patient after patient struggling to maintain good health. Struggling to find answers to their health problems.

This was and continues to be the norm.

In our culture, when you have something wrong, you go to the Doctor and the Doctor will almost always give you a medication that will take your symptoms away. You do not think twice about it. “A pill for every ill “. You have a complaint and a symptom, there is a medication for it.

The advancements in our health care system today are incredible! Doctors save lives every day and many of us and our children would not be alive without them.

We are immeasurably blessed like no other generation that has been on this planet before us.

Disease & quality of life today.

Why are so many people struggling with their health and struggling to find answers?

As a paramedic I see this over and over again. Often times the same patients not improving but symptoms getting worse. Not getting better and not finding answers.

Yes there are some as well who do recover and do go on living a healthy life. But I must argue that that number is not anywheres near to the people who do not get better…

  • 1/2 Americans now has a chronic disease. 1/4 has multiple… 
  • Chronic disease is responsible for 7/10 deaths in the US. 
  • US spends 3.2 Trillion/Year on healthcare. 86% of that goes to Chronic illness.
  • 91% of all prescriptions filled are for chronic disease. 

As you can see, more than the majority of our care is going towards managing chronic disease. It is truly a disease care system. Promoting health cannot be happening if 86% of your money goes towards the costs of managing sickness.

Many receive temporary relief. You may be able to now “cope” or “just get by” with your symptoms. They are controlled for a time. And they may do a really good job at keeping you alive!

But, from what I see, it is not living. You may be kept alive longer but that does not mean the quality of life is there.

What could be the answer?

As a Paramedic, I have a good knowledge on how the body works. Things were not adding up to me. 

I knew something had to be wrong. Everybody knows we need to eat vegetables and get exercise! But when you start to gain weight or have high blood pressure (for example) you look to get surgery, take a pill or start a diet. We look for a “quick fix”. 

For example:

You see the Doctor and are diagnosed with High blood pressure. With that comes a medication to keep that blood pressure within normal levels. Which is good? Right?

Well yes. Especially in emergency situations. What about being on it for a long time? Is it healthy? Does it actually CURE the problem though?

What happens when you go off the high blood pressure medication? Your Blood pressure goes back up. It does not truly fix your high blood pressure.

What about if you clean up your diet and start being more active? – Blood pressure gradually improves.

You have grown up in such a way that’s just natural for you to go seek out a medication first, before thinking that what you eat and how you live is affecting you so much.

When you get a cut on your body, the body scars over and heals! Why can’t it heal on the inside as well?!

This changed my life

I was 25 years old.

  • I began to be very tired all the time..
  • High blood pressure..
  • Diarrhea was common.
  • Gaining weight.
  • A healthy, athletic guy starting to see these symptoms?

This can’t be right. My grandfather at 86 years old is more active than me!? He takes no medications. Has tons of energy. Sharp, slim and fit…

1 out of 3 people are already on lifetime medications before 30 years old.

Long story short, my grandfather essentially told me to… Take the blinders off. The missing piece in the puzzle…

I see every day that what you EAT and how you choose to LIVE will have the biggest impact on your health!

Clean up your diet and see what begins to happen!

  • Play by the rules your body has laid out… Like eating what you’re made to eat.
  • Use what God created to help give your cells what they need to be healthy, naturally.
  • Treat the body as a whole. Looking at the whole context of your lifestyle and diet.

When you play by the rules, then your cells can have what they need to do their job! Which is maintain great health. However, today we are addicted to unhealthy lifestyles and unhealthy food. Leaving our cells toxic and deficient. This leaves us sick. If you don’t feel it today, it will eventually come.

A whole new world open up to me. The ‘blinders’ had been taken off!

I was so excited because everything started to make sense! I have ANSWERS to the symptoms and diseases that I deal with every day! The majority (not all) of patients I have are sick BECAUSE of their lifestyle. What they eat and what they do with their body.

You will see dramatic results if you begin to clean up your diet and you lifestyle!

Having a mindset change and seeing this… Is the missing piece. Unfortunately you have to look very hard to find it.

And so my passion began. People need to be educated on how to live a healthy and nutritious life! You have been gradually brainwashed and addicted to food that is not really food at all!

There is such a great need today for…

  • Promotion
  • Education
  • Prevention… All of how to eat and live in a way that maintains great health.

What did I do after I realized this?

I knew I couldn’t eat tons of vegetables so I bought a juicer and started juicing fresh organic vegetables and fruits! It actually tasted good!

I began as much as I could to eat food in its natural state. Right from the garden as we say.

My search began to “know what I was eating”. I found out what foods are processed, refined and synthetic foods. And tried to add in real foods that my body is made to eat.

I began to eat to live not live to eat“. I use to eat as much as I could because “a man eats a lot”… Right? Wrong. Now I eat enough to get by. To give me the strength I need.

Real. Food.

If I were to heal I needed to correct the deficiencies I had and get the toxins out. Every illness leads back to this…

You are Toxic and Deficient. 

Correcting the deficiency requires us to add in lots of phytonutrients like vitamins, minerals, enzymes, fiber, probiotics etc… Nutrients that the body needs to do its job well.

Once the body’s cells receives what it needs then it can begin to clean out the toxins. Doing this can enable the body to heal itself. To maintain its natural state which it works hard at every second of every day.

You want to Fix the root problem, not cover up the symptoms.

How did my health improve?

As I did this, I began to get better! In just a week of juicing I noticed a big change!

  • My mind was so clear!
  • Gradually returned to my normal weight..
  • Lots of energy!
  • I did not “need” to nap all the time. 
  • My blood pressure normal..

I felt better than I have ever felt and now I never want to go back. Yes for me it may have been quick because I did not have a lot of problems and caught it early on.

However, so many people around the world have been very sick for years and have improved greatly! Taken completely off their medications! Losing weight and even reversing chronic conditions!! The body is one system and when it heals it will heal everything.

Even more…

I didn’t crave the “chips and pop” anymore! Once your body receives what it needs then a big switch will happen. It doesn’t crave the junk, it craves the good! 

Your body gets what it has been crying out for all along! When you realize how good you can feel you won’t want to go back!

It is not hard to eat healthy now. It is not a list of eating what I don’t want to eat and not eating what I want to eat.. like most diets. My body just craves the good nutritious food!

Seek a balance

Ever since, I have been getting a good (proper) balance of nutrition. 80-90% good food and 5-10% junk (for example).. I eat so much good so I don’t have to worry about the bad.

I do not need a diet. You (generally speaking) do not need a diet. Perhaps a temporary detox or reset BUT what really matters is a LIFESTYLE change.

The problem is most people are the opposite in our North American culture.. I have seen such a change and such evidence in my life and now in my children’s lives as well. I want others to know!

On it will be simple and easy to understand. No big terminology and explanations… For good nutrition can be made simple!

Practical ways that a family can stay healthy. So let’s keep it that way.
